This looked fun. My dough is currently on the second hour of its 22-hour journey to my mouth.
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp instant yeast
- 1¼ tsp salt
Mix together.
- 1½ cups of water
Mix again.
Cover and let sit for
1218-20 hours.Cook in a pot in the oven at 500º for 30 minutes with cover closed and another 15 with the cover off.
