Stinkin’ Easy Bread

This looked fun. My dough is currently on the second hour of its 22-hour journey to my mouth.

via trey:

• 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• ¼ tsp instant yeast
• 1¼ tsp salt

Mix together.

• 1½ cups of water

Mix again.

Cover and let sit for 1218-20 hours.

Cook in a pot in the oven at 500º for 30 minutes with cover closed and another 15 with the cover off.
